Allora testnet snapshots

Node data snapshots for usw1-snapshots.testnet.allora.network. Pick the type that fits your node. The Download button fetches the newest export as of this page load; the /latest/<type> URLs always redirect to the newest.

Peer snapshot (retained history)

default for /latest without a type

Larger snapshot with the block and app-state history Foundation peers keep for Allora worker queries. Use it for RPC or query nodes that need history.

Validator snapshot (minimal state)

Smallest snapshot: current app state plus the consensus evidence window only. Use it to join the network as a validator.

Not published yet. The first snapshot appears here once the publisher node has synced and exported; the URLs below return 404 until then.

Restoring a validator? Read Restoring a node first (double-sign safety).

Restoring a node

Tarballs are Cosmopilot exports of a node data volume, with application.db etc. at the archive root; they hold no config or genesis. On a fresh node, first run allorad init with the network genesis; its zeroed state file is only valid for a key that has never signed. To restore: stop the node and every other instance running the same validator key. Move priv_validator_state.json out of ~/.allorad/data, empty the directory (keep the directory itself if it is a mount or symlink), extract the tarball into it without the tarball's priv_validator_state.json (it is at height 0), then put back the priv_validator_state.json from the node that last signed with the key (an older backup is not enough). With a remote signer (tmkms, horcrux) the signer's state is authoritative.

EndpointReturns
/latest/<type>302 redirect to the newest snapshot of that type
/meta/<type>JSON: key, size, modified, redirect_url
/latest/<type>?format=jsonThe same JSON instead of a redirect
/latest, /metaThe same for the default type, pruned

Types on this host: pruned, validator. Unknown types return 404; a type with no snapshot yet returns 404 with "No snapshot objects in bucket".
